Operations Associate

Report to: Ilana Kruger, CEO; Anthony Battista, Production Lead

Rate: $20/ hr, 20-30 hrs a week.

Dripkit is looking for an Operations Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining our studio operations, logistics, billing, and bookkeeping on a weekly basis as well as being the operations point person for the marketing, production & high-level management teams. We are a small and mighty company with big goals! This role is ideal for a candidate who is excited to grow with us as a company.

Responsibilities will range from invoicing, inventory management, purchasing, overseeing customer service, and assisting in-house production. It requires the ability to approach challenges with composure while also having impressive organizational skills to ensure the production department is running smoothly.

Responsibilities

Studio Operations:

  • Monitor and ensure timely delivery of orders on all sales channels to ensure best possible customer experience.
  • Monitor & restock inventory of Dripkit elements, shipping materials, office supplies, and kitchen amenities.
  • Act as the point person to connect the CEO, marketing, and production departments for web sales, bulk orders, and other promotions.
  • Keep record of Shopify inventories vs OPP inventory to ensure no customer orders are placed that cannot be fulfilled.
  • Work with the Production Lead daily to ensure production responsibilities are completed and our collective goals are met.
  • Pack and ship Ecommerce orders daily with extreme accuracy.
  • Support the Production Lead on the line as needed to produce Dripkits.

Administrative:

  • Assist customers who are experiencing order delays or have inquiries through our customer support email.
  • Receive, Submit, and Track purchase orders from Roasting Partners & Hospitality Partners.
  • Invoicing all Roasting Partners, Hospitality Partners, and Bulk Ecommerce orders through Quickbooks.
  • Maintain records of all past and current invoices, shipments, and payments for various purchase orders and client accounts.
  • Assist the CEO in documenting and creating systems and reports pertaining to sales, traceability, and studio operations.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Google Suite (Word, Excel, Slides, etc)
  • Broad knowledge about Quickbooks Invoicing
  • Confident in client facing communication
  • Available to commute to East Williamsburg (This is not a remote position)
  • Comfortable working on feet for extended periods of time
  • Attention to detail
  • Organized and self-sufficient

Marketing Intern

Dripkit is hiring a Marketing Intern to join our team for the summer. The internship will focus on growing Dripkit’s community online by building deeper relationships with our customers and ambassador community. Interns can expect to learn the ins and outs of organic marketing, affiliate marketing and content marketing.


Roles + Responsibilities

  • Work directly with marketing team to build out strategy for affiliate & influencer UGC campaigns
  • Develop and build lists of target customer profiles, ambassadors, and influencers
  • Assist with outreach on behalf of the brand
  • Support marketing team in daily calendar posting and social media management
  • Support product launches with key partners (Roasters, Hotels + more!)
  • Deliver great customer experiences for our community as a trusted Dripkit team member by troubleshooting and resolving customer issues with care and respect by listening to their problems and offering innovative and meaningful resolutions on all social platforms

Requirements:

  • A positive attitude!
  • Excited to learn about many different aspects of marketing at a growing startup
  • Social fluency across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and Twitter
  • Passionate about working with coffee :)
  • Preference for rising junior or senior in college
